1. It’s hard to believe that already, it’s been a little over a month since I landed in Taipei. Somehow it feels like I only just flew back last week, but it feels as though I never left L.A., too. Like that trip was more a figment of my imagination than an actual destination—unshakable like a lucid dream or some crossover with an alternate universe—lingering and always on my mind, but too hazy to be real.
I wonder if it’s just me who experiences this post-travel?
2. I had the honor of seeing the newly launched Thirteen Lune boutique in Larchmont earlier this week. The brand curation is stellar, the merchandising beautiful, and quite frankly: it’s a refreshing take in a world oversaturated by Ultas and Sephoras. selfmade in particular stood out—largely because I was able to chat with its founder, Stephanie Lee, but eventually, it would’ve been hard to miss a brand that’s genuinely bridging the gap between beauty and wellness. There’s so much intention behind every decision they’ve made so far: I hope you find value in both their resources and self-care line.
3. Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is as good as the Internet makes it out to be. Binge-watch it immediately.
4. I’m completely enamored with jelly manicures, specifically this cherry-tinted nail veil. It’s bright, juicy, and makes typing all day all the more tantalizing.
5. I’ll start writing more soon. (Because if it’s promised here, I have to hold myself accountable, right?)
. . .

I also get the post-travel haze. I combat it with very detailed journals of where I went and what I ate and what I visited.

I love that—I do too! I’m so afraid I’ll forget the little things so my notes app + camera roll are filllled with everything I see/touch/feel. What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to?

I very much loved Taiwan when I visited! Hong Kong was pretty sick as well. I’ve been trying to take detailed travel notes when I travel domestically as well to add ~enrichment to enclosure~

I would LOVE to visit Hong Kong one day—it’s on my list! Yes to notes and travel journals and all the mementos. x
