Pure Dark Chocolate-y Goodness • Soft Sensibilities
Definitely a unique cake. Packaged oh-so-prettily in a soft gold box. Pure dark chocolate, save the white chocolate shreds and decorative shapes. ‘Tis a World Class Patisserie indeed. A close-up of details. The dark chocolate frosting/glaze (forgive me, I know not the terminology in the art of baking) was perfection. So glossy and smooth, that I could see my reflection in the chocolate. A slice of heaven, literally. Pure chocolate in it’s entirety, from top to bottom. A creamy, mousse-like filling. Tres fluffy.
