Suiting is back. Statement shoulders are forever. Latex is having an extended moment, and well, sex sells. (The Italian fashion house’s signature.) Think slinky dresses and snatched waists, exaggerated shoulders and legs for days, oversized coats that zip down to reveal bare skin underneath. It’s as Donatella as Versace comes, bleached brows and all, to showcase the immaculate bone structure of the models (and highlight that of the clothing silhouettes, too). Color choice, especially, is on point. It’s electrifying even, featuring hot pink, red, chartreuse, capri blue, han purple.
A favorite detail: a single, jumbo pearl ring over gloved hands. It’s so simple yet indulgent, and completely impractical. (Though maybe not: I suppose it’s a means of going out and minimizing human contact. Look, but don’t touch.)
In short, utter perfection.
