Hello, darlings! It’s been rather cold lately, especially on Friday night, standing on the sidelines awaiting for the captains’ cue to dance at the football game, skirt and all. A cup of chocolat chaud with bits of crushed peppermint did solve the cold spell, and proceeded to warm me. I’m actually sipping some of this right now; it’s quite delightful. Speaking of hot chocolate: lately on my must-have shopping list is Chanel’s new nail lacquer: Haute Chocolat. It was seen on Chanel runways, a creamy and brilliant chocolate brown, a bit metallic-y – oh so fabulous! I am a huge fan of Chanel’s nail polish: it’s beautiful, from the bottle to the actual application. Yes, it does cost more than the average nail polish, but it is defintitely worth the splurge. It’s been a busy week for me, I must admit, so I do apologize for the lack of posts. A bit stressful, yet little surprises here and there do make up for the stress and make it quite fabulous.
