Fashion is all about moving foward, but when Spring is still months away, and while stores are only stocked with clothing for the fall clothing, I still look to the F/W ’08 collections for inspiration. I’ve always been a fan of Gucci,  my love for the brand starting when my mom gave me her vintage, navy blue Gucci bag three or four years ago. It still remains one of my favorite bags, the iconic logo and luxurious name much talked about in not just the fashion world, but in the everyday world too. (I’ll put up pictures of the bag and matching wallet if you would like). Gucci’s bags may have, to put it lightly, fallen downhill, critics hating the new shapes, especially its bags for the F/W Collection. I can’t say they are completely horrible, but, some are a bit reminiscent of granny’s old tapestry bags. Gucci’s RTW collection, however, was anything but.
