I understand, of course (sunshine is magic for both outlook and mood) but how can it be the end of June already? Summer was only just beginning and within the blink of an eye, I’d been thrust into the height of the season\u2014as if caught up in some torrid affair. It’s hot. It’s almost too bright. And it’s as if I’ve somehow forgotten what it feels like to exist in heat. (I’ll be indoors for the foreseeable future.) 2.
