Almost immediately after receiving an award from Demi, an e-mail from the super-sweet Maria of Lost in a Spotless Mind directed me to a post on her favourite blogs. There, she wrote quite possibly the most flattering little blurb about my little bloggie &amp; I, perhaps being a little too generous in her compliments ;-). Nonetheless, I do wish to thank her profusely. I had started this blog with the intention of doing what I love best: writing, and fashion. And just knowing that there are readers out there who actually take the time to read my drawn out posts (I do know they&#8217;re longer than the average fashion blog) is the greatest of compliments. Although she does post carefully selected pictures, her blog is much more literary than the two blogs I&#8217;ve mentioned previously.
