With less than two months until Christmas, the\u00a0wise<\/em> thing to do is behave. Be nice, be kind, work hard, be frugal, and good ol’ Saint Nick will reward you.<\/p>\n

Dearest Santa Claus: <\/em><\/p>\n

I would, under normal circumstances. But you see\u2014when need arises\u00a0and\u00a0you’re in desperate need of retail therapy, a girl simply\u00a0cannot resist. Although I’m sorry to have broken (what would have been) a perfect 23-year streak, I refuse to\u00a0apologize for my transgressions. Luckily for you and I both, I’m an independent woman who can buy herself her own gifts. Please don’t\u00a0waste your coal on me.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

I still plan on leaving ginger snaps by the fireplace though. Same place as always. \u00a0xx<\/em><\/p>\n

Though society would have me wear\u00a0my new label in shame,\u00a0I consider it a trophy to bear. Three trophies, actually: one gorgeous,\u00a0gorgeous\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>new Bag-with-a-Capital-“B” I’ve been in love with\u00a0since 2008 (when I was just knee-deep in the blogging scene), and two new Agent Provocateur sets to add to my humble collection. I’m an aesthete and hedonist<\/a>, loud and proud.<\/p>\n

The latest acquisition? The Agent Provocateur Bullet Playsuit<\/a>,\u00a0a classic AP piece and must-have for upgrading any look in and out of the bedroom. I’ve been lusting after it for two years now, stalking every Agent Provocateur flash sale and dreaming up outfits in between. It’s sexy, sturdy, unexpected\u2014and the versatility makes it all the more worth the purchase. You guys, it’s every bit as beautiful as I imagined it to be, and more. In fact, it’s so perfect\u00a0I’m almost scared to wear it. It’s first outing must<\/em> be perfect (and you bet I’ll be doing an extra set of squats and crunches to do it justice). I’m thinking a men’s white poplin shirt, slightly open, and suede thigh-high boots (the bottoms, if necessary, are unclear at this stage in planning). Or, do I take advantage of the bondage vibe: black, backless unitard and simple strappy stilettos?<\/p>\n
