Of the three islands we visited, PAROS<\/strong>, surprisingly, was my favorite island. Rent an ATV<\/strong>: it’s much cheaper than cabbing around from your hotel, to the beach, and into the city, and<\/em> you’ll get the most scenic route wherever you go. (Just be sure to pack light and bring a map with you!) Eat breakfast at any of the restaurants in  Naoussa Village<\/strong><\/a>, then head straight to the beach. Spend the last hours of daylight back in Naoussa. There’s so<\/em> much to explore, you won’t get bored even after three days. Grab dinner around sunset at Piatsa Estiatorio<\/strong> and Mare Nostram<\/strong> (though every restaurant looked incredible). Buy jewelry from each of the boutiques. White in Paros<\/strong><\/a> is where everyone<\/em> goes for trinkets, but my two favorite spots were Dante Deo<\/a><\/strong> (for sterling silver and crystal deliciousness) and Piteri<\/a> <\/strong>(for classic Greek jewels and glass evil eyes). Skip nightlife in Paros and opt instead for a late dinner and drinks<\/strong>, followed by a walk along the water.<\/p>\n

Spend another day exploring Antiparos<\/strong>, a small island just outside of Paros. Make it a priority to visit Panagia Ekatontapylian<\/strong><\/a>, the oldest remaining Byzantine church in Greece, and pick up a few hand-knotted prayer bracelets. Grab lunch at La Louche<\/a> <\/strong>(I recommend their salad and ABC juice) before driving your ATV up the mountains to visit the Cave of Antiparos<\/strong><\/a>. Prepare yourself: it’s like doing the stairmaster on speed, so be sure to bring water. Enjoy the view. Take pictures by the sea. Eat all the fresh, organic foods you possibly can before heading off to the one and only…<\/p>\n
