1. I started painting my new place\u2014or rather, my\u00a0dad<\/em> (insisted) on painting himself. I, being useful as ever, sat on the floor of each room,\u00a0literally<\/em> staring\u00a0at blank walls and empty closets in an attempt to envision what these rooms\u00a0could\u00a0<\/em>be. It still feels a little surreal since I’ve only been able to visit my condo once since buying it (time is\u00a0not<\/em> on my side, my friends), but it’s beginning to feel a little more…mine.<\/p>\n

2. Emmy’s Coconut Dark Cacao Cookies<\/a> are mind-blowing. Like, melt-in-your mouth delicious\u2014and mind you, I don’t even like chocolate that much. (Also, they’re vegan!)<\/p>\n

3. It’s not often that I buy cookbooks (I don’t cook), but I couldn’t pass on picking up a copy of The Love & Lemons<\/a> cookbook. It’s undoubtedly beautiful\u2014but it’s the collection of plant-based dishes that won me over. I know it’s early, but stock up on a few copies to gift during the holiday season. There’s nothing like good (healthy) food to warm the belly\u00a0and<\/em> supporting a woman making a name for herself in the food industry<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. Brazilian catsuits\/jumpsuits are the best thing that has happened to women since the high-waist legging. If you don’t own one yet, you should. I’m on a catsuit-buying spree, you guys, and I do\u00a0not<\/em> plan on stopping.<\/p>\n

5. My best friends and I are having a reunion this weekend. T-10 hours until I get to see my favorite women again.<\/p>\n
