I\u2019ve always been fascinated with Coco Rocha<\/strong><\/a> since reading bits and features about the supermodel in my Teen Vogue<\/em><\/a> days (I ended my subscription after my 18th birthday, coincidentally). She first caught my attention once I found out she was a dancer\u2014she had been discovered at an Irish dance competition\u2014and the deal was sealed once Teen Vogue<\/em> had a piece featuring her artwork. S o l d . She blogs, she\u2019s Canadian (I\u2019m American, but Canadian people<\/strong><\/a> have this je-ne-sais<\/em> quoi cool factor, much like Europeans but far more relaxed), and I think she\u2019s beautiful sans the runway makeup.<\/p>\n

And<\/em> she has an incredibly \u00a0b e a u t i f u l \u00a0<\/strong>home: a two-bedroom Grammercy Park, Manhattan apartment, bought three years ago and now shared with her husband James Conran. I can\u2019t even begin to verbalize (or textualize, since we\u2019re in the blogosphere?) how infatuated I am with her apartment, the proper adjective lying somewhere between being in love and obsessed. Coco\u2019s apartment is inspiring. Beautiful. Chic. Everything a home should always be.<\/p>\n

{a wedding present from steven meisel, to which coco says: \u201ci\u2019ve never liked hanging my model photos in my home, but this is an exception because it almost looks like a painting.\u201d}<\/p><\/div>\n

I\u2019m about ready to buy my own little place now. Step one to this investment and undertaking an interior design project? Hunting down a \u201cYou\u2019ve Saved La Rent\u201d piggy bank of my own.<\/p>\n
