Overall: the kitsch factor was certainly there and likely inspired the edgier, punkier details (re: platforms and lots<\/em> of cutouts). Even with the experimentation, the effect was still very much Valentino. Red carpet looks are a-plenty, editorial looks ready to be cemented into issues of Vogue<\/em> to come. And that shade of pink? We’ve seen it before, but it’s perfection; definitely worthy of a monochromatic moment.<\/p>\n
