I haven’t much to offer in terms of unique analysis. It’s just awe, really. Thierry Mugler: Couturissme<\/a><\/em> at the Brooklyn Museum was a most tantalizing exhibit\u2014a wing of worlds, each larger than life, yet somehow just the tiniest (albeit well-curated) peek into Mugler’s genius. What artistry, what fantasy! Details are deliberate and deliberately<\/em> cheeky (ah, the derri\u00e8re d\u00e9colletage<\/em>!), and even the most minimalist of pieces are rich with backstory.
