These are the consummate combination of the early aughts apr\u00e8s-ski pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance and the warmup booties older ballerinas (newly en pointe<\/em>) would wear before barre. I found them (the latter) so cool, so grown! (I also grew up in Jersey\u2014bona fide stomping ground of UGGs\u2014and so naturally, find the hoof silhouette darling). For $400 though? They’re a little less cute, but I do<\/em> need a pair of winter shoes for when I’m back on the East Coast later this month. As much as I wish I was a ribbon-loving, flats-wearing Sandy Liang acolyte, I’m not: these boots are my idea of girlhood and true balletcore.<\/p>\n
