I cannot possibly express my joy upon receiving an email and the above illustration from the artist; Only once have I ever had anything made for me, and that was a fabulous collage<\/a> by the young graphic designer Jaime R.<\/a> whom I absolutely admire. But this? It is impossible for me to contain how excited I was (and still am, of course) in having such beautiful an illustration dedicated to this humble bloggerette<\/em> (so I call myself). Absolutely floored, flattered, and so honored to receive. Many, many thanks! (Perhaps this is of Coquette<\/a>, my Parisian alter ego? (; )<\/p>\n
