And some thoughts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pining over the <a href=\"http:\/\/kimberlypearl.co\/blog\/the-mulberry-alexa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mulberry Alexa<\/a>. It&#8217;s been months now since I&#8217;ve eyed that piece of perfection and lusted over it. Now if I use the money allotted for my Macbook Pro fund for this darling&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;ve always loved dance. But for the past few months it&#8217;s become my <em>life<\/em>. \u00a0Or obsession. It&#8217;s all perspective. Taking various open classes at a local studio with <em>Geo<\/em> (!!), learning to break, working on choreography for a dance crew competition, and swooning over boys who can dance [well]. I kinda love it.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the first time in years I&#8217;ve had room to breathe. No dance team, no musical, no <em>nothing<\/em>. Just me and the world, with a whole lot of time in my wallet to spend. It&#8217;s nice the first day, but after that I become restless. I need something to do, 24\/7, or I begin to lose my mind&#8230; <em>I&#8217;m getting a vision. It&#8217;s getting clearer.<\/em> Looks like I&#8217;ll be a workaholic, Starbucks with extra shots in hand, in the near future.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Head over heels for <em><a href=\"http:\/\/bellechantelle.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Belle Chantelle<\/a><\/em>. Such an adorable and beautiful girl with such a pretty blog! Seriously though, watch <em><a href=\"http:\/\/bellechantelle.blogspot.com\/2009\/07\/vlogumz.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a>\u2014<\/em>she needs to make more vlogs! (:<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">My uniform this spring break: bandage mini (black, of course) + semi-sheer, 3\/4 length <em>petite<\/em> blouse tucked in + black heels + wide belt cinching the waist. All day, <em>every <\/em>day. As much as I love bandage skirts, I can never seem to find one (within my budget) that actually fits correctly: either they fit at the waist, and not at the hips, or vice versa. I love my few that go on rotation, but they all gap at my waist. One of those elastic, cinching belts comes in handy (!), but I&#8217;d love to be able to find a skirt that fits <em>perfectly<\/em>. <strong>Any suggestions,<\/strong><em><strong> s&#8217;il vous pla\u00eet?<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finished reading <em><a href=\"http:\/\/search.barnesandnoble.com\/The-Kite-Runner\/Khaled-Hosseini\/e\/9781594480003\/?itm=1&amp;USRI=the+kite+runner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Kite Runner<\/a><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/search.barnesandnoble.com\/The-Kite-Runner\/Khaled-Hosseini\/e\/9781594480003\/?itm=1&amp;USRI=the+kite+runner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> by Khaled Hosseini<\/a>. Brilliant, haunting. I&#8217;ll definitely be reading <em><a href=\"http:\/\/search.barnesandnoble.com\/A-Thousand-Splendid-Suns\/Khaled-Hosseini\/e\/9781594483851\/?itm=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A Thousand Splendid Suns<\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally watched <em><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Avatar_(2009_film)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Avatar<\/a><\/em>. I&#8217;ll recycle a word, because none other can describe this movie but <em>brilliant<\/em>. Without a doubt. It&#8217;s one of those films that makes you think\u2014something most movies (TV shows, books, etc.) lack these days. I posted this on my tumblr immediately following the rolling end credits: &#8220;What is war, but an indirect fight between the government heads, conducted by them from the comfort &amp; safety of their plush leather\u00a0chairs.\u00a0The ones who die are the men and women\u2014kids, even\u2014who follow blindly. What are they fighting for? The freedom? Democracy? Or for the egos of political leaders?\u00a0You tell\u00a0me.&#8221; I&#8217;d like to call myself a pacifist, but <em>I&#8217;m not<\/em>. I mean, I took\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Taekwondo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taekwondo<\/a> back in the day; I&#8217;d be a hypocrite if I claimed otherwise.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditationiseasy.com\/mCorner\/techniques\/Om_namah_shivaya.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Om namah shivaya<\/em><\/a>. And some thoughts: Pining over the Mulberry Alexa. It&#8217;s been months now since I&#8217;ve eyed that piece of perfection and lusted over it. Now if I use the money allotted for my Macbook Pro fund for this darling&#8230; I&#8217;ve always loved dance. But for the past few months it&#8217;s become my life. \u00a0Or obsession. It&#8217;s all perspective. Taking various open classes at a local studio with Geo (!!), learning to break, working on choreography for a dance crew competition, and swooning over boys who can dance [well]. I kinda love it. This is the first time in years I&#8217;ve had room to breathe. No dance team, no musical, no nothing. Just me and the world, with a whole lot of time in my wallet to spend. It&#8217;s nice the first day, but after that I become restless. I need something to do, 24\/7, or I begin to lose my mind&#8230; I&#8217;m getting a vision. It&#8217;s getting clearer.
