Fall Wish/Shopping List

26 August 2008 • Kimberly • Leave a Comment

School’s starting tres, tres, soon, and still, I feel like I have nothing to wear! (Okay, that’s an exaggeration. But I’m sure you understand.) So this wishlist I’ve gathered together, whether the items are necessities or unnecessary necessities, are nonetheless, what I need. Some may be out of the question – but hey, a girl can dream, right?

1. The Blackberry Curve, in gold. I just love it! I feel more professional carrying it around, and, not to mention, it’s pretty chic for a phone! And I’ll feel much more organized because of my busy schedule (I will no longer forget anything!): dance team practices/games, rehearsals, project due dates, assignment due dates for school & work, etc.

2. Skinny jeans. I need a few good pairs in a medium wash and dark wash! I love this pair by J Brand in boulder.

3. Ankle booties. I am seriously dyingggg to get a pair!! These Louboutins are a bit over my budget…any cheaper suggestions, preferably with a slightly lower heel so my mother doesn’t think I will break my ankle? =)

4. Black opaque tights. (A fall wardrobe staple. At least this one is attainable.)

5. Miu Miu Vitello Lux in gray. I am still pining over that bag…

6. An oversized clutch in black, like this Kooba Josephine clutch. I love the unique shape & trimming of the bag!

7. Drindl Skirt, in black.

8. A cardigan, in cream or something.

9. Blazers! (I love them!!)

10. Koudougou shoes from Aldo, in Nude. I seriously need these shoes!! The price is fairly reasonable…now it’s just a matter of convincing the parents to buy them for me.

11. The Marc Jacobs Stam bag. (yet another bag that I’ve been pining over…)

12. Dresses! Versatile dresses are such a wardrobe staple…I need a few that can be worn with flats or heels, with tights, for spring, summer, or fall!

13. Black leather boots.

Okay. So I must admit that I am a bit materialistic. But do notice that most of my unnecessary necessities are bags – once again, spotlighting my unhealthy obsession with them. When in doubt picking out presents for me, bags are the way to go! (haha, hinthint).

xoxo.

p.s.: This is only the basics. My actual wishlist goes on, and on, and on…. 😉 And you guessed it! More than half consists of bags. In my list of shopping priorities, its bags, dresses, tops, shoes. =)

All I want this fall season are some great mens button downs [I haven’t been able to find any good fits in the last 2 years] and more j brand skinny jeans. Maybe a few more pairs of sneakers, but nothing is catching my eye right now or is in my price point. Sadness.

As for booties, check out both SteveMadden.com and VictoriasSecret.com, especially the latter! VS just got in a TON of fabulous Colin Stuart booties for under $100.

    Happy shopping, babe!

I love drindls. Except I like going full out 50s, so I prefer them with huge floral prints, haha. Clearly this is not relevant to your style, so, I don’t know why I mentioned it.

But, I have uniforms this year (it sucks like poo) and I STILL want more clothes. How irrational.

Thanks for checking out my blog 🙂

Mmmm….love this list! I happen to be a tad bit on the materialistic side as well 😉 I especially love the tights (planning on buying a gazillion different colors to wear with dresses in the fall!), the blazers, the ankle boots, and of course…MARC JACOBS. *sigh*

YES love those Aldo shoes. What I truly desired were the similar Marni’s, but I certainly can settle with the price at Aldo.
