I Feel Like I’m Running and I Can’t Stop

1 June 2009 • Kimberly • Leave a Comment

Chanel ad

… just like Daria Werbowy for a Chanel campaign years ago. Sans the designer duds and fabulously-clad in black, if-looks-could-kill (in a good way), of course. Nevertheless, I feel as if the stress as unloaded itself upon me, with projects and papers and testing galore as the end of the school year ends.

N o t e  t o   s e l f  : Refocus, concentrate, think of what you want. It’s the future that is important right now.

Thus, I must re-find my priorities. So, as of now, answering requests and emails may be put on hold, as will frequent posting & commenting. Inspiration posts will be plentiful!

Bisous,

La C.

Good luck! As a high school student, I completely understand where you’re coming from.

Take time to breathe, sort out your priorities – possibly while soaking in a bubble bath or curled up with your favorite novel – and relax!

Ah, the transitioning period. I’m in the midst of it myself. Almost done with college, but then off to pursue my Master’s degree; and perhaps a Doctorate. It’s a confusing time. I only wish I looked as chic as Daria when feeling like this! 🙂

but the amount of inspiration floating around this place makes doing that very hard!

In my opinion this was one of the top seasons for Chanel. And I think that it was one of the very few campaigns were you could actually see Daria’s tattoo.
