Plissé, Please

outfit elena ferrante vintage dolce & gabbana pleat blouse

Wearing: Vintage Dolce & Gabanna Plissé Blouse + Wildflower Angels iPhone Case + Vintage Levi 501s

Decided to re-read the entire series of Elena Ferrante’s Neopolitan Novels. The first time I devoured them too quickly; this time, I want to take my time. Mull over the words. Think about all of it, every bit of it. Actually, truly understand Ferrante’s words and try to imagine how much more beautiful they’d sound in her native Italian, because English so severely lacking in the right adjectives.

And of course, enjoy them, all over again.
