Post Thanksgiving Dieting 101

25 November 2010 • Kimberly • Leave a Comment

Happy Thanksgiving!

Count your blessings, give your thanks, appreciate whatever you’ve taken for granted. Sit down, laugh, smile, eat your heart out, sip on red wine and pop sparkling champagne.

Emphasis on the eating, of course.

One of my favorite illustrators, the French La Flore et La Faune, offers exclusive dieting tips. They were actually meant for bikini season, but it was (as is all his work!), too good to not share.

Translation: Don’t eat your meals, just smell them up !!!

C’est très, très facile. Forget Atkins, South Beach, et al. Indulge in the olfactory; it’s a far more efficient means of dieting. But the bottom line is this: thanks. Thanks for stopping by (even if it was only a few seconds), sticking by, and reading. It means so much to me knowing that I’ve inspired someone out there, and that my words hold weight. It’s amazing. Mind-blowing. A blessing.
